My husband and I were so impressed that we drove over 600 miles because the SUV wasn't available yet in our area. It was worth it. I have texted Joe almost every day with questions on how to do this or that. Either he has known off the top of his head, or he finds out and gives me step by step instructions. I told myself… I will never go back there again and I will tell anyone who asks to go to any dealership but there!
