1996 Dodge Ram Van

I did a lot of research and looked at several cars over the past few weeks . John by far was the most honest and very fair and had a great inventory that worked within my budget. Even with John being short staffed , he still was a true professional and sat with me and discussed my options, worked with me with the registration process and offered to take care of the inspection sticker. We ended up with a Ford with low mileage and in impeccable shape! What really set John and his staff apart from the others was what they do in going up and beyond the purchase. The vehicle needed a temp controller knob and they did not hesitate to get it fixed with no hassles. Upon picking up the vehicle not only did they fix the knob, they also detailed the vehicle and astonishing they took it upon themselves to refurbish the steel wheels and the hub caps. Again, up and beyond our expectations and without a doubt, we WILL repeat our business with Car Palace / John. Nothing but a big thanks to John at Car Palace!

I would like to thank John and commend the Car Palace Team for my entire experience purchasing a 2010 Honda Accord! All the concerns I had expressed about the car were addressed and love how the car was cleaned and presented at delivery! No more ABS/VSA(!)/BRAKE dash lights and dealer changed out the front brake pads and rotors I was concerned about. The Car Palace is trustworthy and delivers quality cars and an exceptional car buying experience - they had the Accord looking beautiful - the car drove beautifully and cleaned up nicer than I thought it could look to be honest. The on-line reviews are really great and love hearing how they support the cars post-sale! As high as my expectations were after reading the reviews, they still exceeded them! Not to bash the competition, but I think it's relevant to mention how some of the Used Car dealers just don't get the importance of providing a good experience to their buyers. In March, I purchased another Accord from a "Top End" dealer in Attleboro MA and it was a stark contrast in how John and The Car Palace does business. The car was delivered filthy inside and out and literally nothing appeared to be done to prepare the car for delivery! When the ABS/VSA(!) lights came on the dash within the 30 day Warranty period, the owner told me he could look at it but he had a 5 week backlog, so it would be awhile! If you're in the market for a used car, I highly recommend The Car Palace!
