Where to begin?! This place is wonderful. Eric has been the best from start to finish. If you need a used truck, run don’t walk down to P&B to get one. They do not stock Paccars on their lot which is what led me there initially. However after talking with Yelena and Eric I knew I was going to move forward. I’ve never met a vehicle salesperson that didn’t give me greedy grimy vibes. I’ve never met a vehicle sales person who goes above and beyond the whole time and even after your purchase he still is going above and beyond. The lending side of this purchase was so drawn out and there were issues going back and forth with them. He held the truck for me and trusted me just like I trusted him. No matter what he has made everything right. He is a good man and I am so happy to be able to spend my money with a business like this. He is reasonable, helpful, professional and patient. They treated me like gold since the first time I set foot on that lot. Just go! Buy a truck here because no one else deserves your business more than Pavon and Busch!
There honestly is no one I would rather deal with in truck sales more than Eric & Jose. Eric is one of the nicest most honest guys I’ve ever met in life in general. I had a bad experience with other dealerships because commercial funding is so difficult now, but we made it happen with Eric. He did so much that he didn’t have to do for me, I am just very grateful. Thank you again!
