Two words you would not expect someone to say about a car dealership's service dept - World Class - but that is the service I have received from Napleton Kia. Cory, in particular, has gone above and beyond several times and delivered by far the best service experience I have ever had at any car dealership. Good service, especially at a car dealership, seems to be in short supply, at least in my experience, which makes the exceptional service from Cory and the whole dept. that much better. Update - 04/18/24 - Hershel was personable, professional, thoughtful, and provided me a exceptional customer experience, a seemingly hard thing to find in today's world. And this makes TWO Service Advisors at Napleton Kia of Carmel that have provided me the best service experiences I have ever had at any dealership in my 30+ years of owning a car. Both deserve high praise.
