Great customer service and they didn't move my seat just like I asked and without judgement!!! Terran was wonderful. He even found a coupon I could use toward my oil change since the coupon I had was from my previous dealer in California.
Bought my Volkswagen here early this year, and I have to say the Gordon is an excellent salesman. I enjoyed the entire experience buying my car through him, and was shown nothing but excellent service by Gordon. I went in this month for my first scheduled service and the service team did a great job welcoming me and cleaning up my car. All in all, would highly recommend working Gordon! Only reason this review is 4/5 is because another salesman that assisted Gordon and I with my deal told me I was not eligible for a certain rebate, but upon my research it turns out I was eligible. So, I contacted the manager at Centennial and forwarded him the paperwork needed, and never heard back even after I called several times to ask for an update / call back.
My experience was great. Everyone is so nice and very welcoming. The process was very quick and smooth. My sales man Anthony Hastings was the best.
