What a stress free experience. They made the experience of purchasing a new car such a breeze. Quick and attentive to me even though I’m an out of state purchasing client. They were all fantastic at communicating. Great success. Shout out to Brian in finance for getting me a groovy extended warranty. We had a great experience today at Mercedes Benz of Wilsonville. We worked with Brian Keenan in sales, and he was AMAZING. We weren’t buying one of the highest end models, but he treated us like we were royalty, worked with the finance guys to get us what we wanted on our trade in, and was just fun and cool to work with the whole time. We thought we were getting such a good deal because the car had some surface problems and scratches on wheels, but the dealership agreed to replace three wheels and make sure to make the car like new. Brian showed us all the features of the car and how to set things up just how we want them. To do the financing we worked with Brian Revord, and he was great too. He didn’t like the initial interest rate we had accepted, so put in to get us a better one without even being asked. I can’t say enough about the service.
