He swiftly organized my service requirements and even arranged for another staff member to provide me with a complimentary ride home. Throughout the service process, Tracey kept me well-informed about the progress of my vehicle, even taking the extra step to notify me when my requested service was nearing completion, with about 20 minutes remaining. This level of attention to detail and dedication truly sets Tracey apart as someone who consistently goes above and beyond for his customers! Although I am no longer a resident of Danville, Virginia, having relocated to Raleigh, North Carolina a few years ago, I continue to choose Bisbee Honda for my service needs. Despite having a Honda dealership conveniently located just 12 minutes from my home, it is the enduring commitment to exceptional customer service at Bisbee Honda, exemplified by individuals like Tracey, that keeps me coming back. Visited Bisbee Honda May 23, 2024 and was greeted so nicely by staff. I was assisted by Tracey C. He was so nice and patient with me as I tried my hardest to explain what was going on with my vehicle. Once he recovered what I was asking for he and his team got me to work safely and made sure someone could pick me up I was ready to go even go a discount on services… THANKS AGAIN TRACEY FOR BEING SO HELPFUL IT WAS GREATLY APPRECIATED !
