i have recently dropped by courtesy cars & there was a vehicle that i was looking at unfortunately it was being purchased at the time i was there. the nice gentleman i believe his name was marcus, took my name & number. called me about 2 days about saying he found me a top of the line car then the original one i was looking at. i went down yesterday & purchased the vehicle! thank you courtesy used cars!! it was really reassuring to feel comfortable to bring my son to purchase a car as well!
Today while on a business trip in Eureka, Ca., my car began to have problems. I was near Courtesy Used Cars and stopped there for help. They advised they were not a repair shop but would look to see what the problem might be. They said it was the alternator. They said they could repair my car and suggested I have lunch at the restaurant next door, while the repairs were being made. They ordered the part at cost and No charges for the repair.
