The most important thing is that I got a good deal on a GREAT car. Everyone I interacted with here was very professional and helpful, for the most part. The car was very clean with low miles and an "as is" purchase. The salesman never expressed that fact to me. That info came from the last guy who did my paperwork(Ben) right before I signed for the car. I didn't appreciate this info being left out of the equation. I was expecting a 30-90 day grace period. I did get a good deal on a 48-month warranty that covers all of the engine malfunctions for $36 a month, so I went with that. The only real issue with my experience and why I nearly gave 3 stars instead of 4 and what kept it from a 5 is the attitude of my salesman. This was a big purchase for me and my family. At one point, I expressed some concern about how basic the car is and an interest in another vehicle that was $10k more. He audibly sighed multiple times and was visibly frustrated with me. He just wanted the deal to get done asap was the impression I got. I made a joke about how "we customers never make it easy do we?" I had to loosen him up and be the bigger person, and later, once the deal was made, he was much happier and nicer to me. He seemed like a good guy, but I did feel like I was frustrating him by showing interest in a different vehicle and asking questions before I made such a huge purchase. I would request a different salesman if I were to come back in the future. Feeling like a nuisance isn't how a customer should ever be made to feel. God bless.

We had the best experience purchasing our vehicle through Peterson Toyota. Mike Henderson was great to work with, he listened to what we wanted and delivered. Working with the rest of the Peterson Toyota team was easy and seamless. Thank you all for helping us find our truck we needed.

This was my first time purchasing a vehicle at a dealership, considering I’ve never owned anything newer than 2005. Jake was an absolute pleasure to work with and I would recommend him to anyone looking to purchase a new or preowned vehicle from Peterson Toyota. Great first time buying experience with excellent service and an amazing warranty to match!
