Went in to take my vehicle to the Galpin VW Service Dept. They are attentive to my needs as soon as I drove up. Introduced themselves and began the process of checking me in. They were real and upfront about the timeline which I appreciated even though I did not like the backlog. But that's not his fault. They helped me get a rental in the meantime at a discounted rate. Hopefully it won't take you long to get my vehicle back. ???????? They even drove me to the car rental place.But all in all, super satisfied with the service I have received this far. Purchase catalic converter with warranty and Gaurenty. Everyone was very friendly. Same a delivery. Not to mention, I was told by another Ford dealership for the same parts a couple of days waiting, as is conditions, non refundable. Always get at least a second opinion .
