2017 Chrysler 300 S AWD

I helped my daughter buy a car through Jack VW yesterday, and it was an all around great experience. We looked all over Maine and NH for the right car in our budget and Jack VW had (hands down) the best vehicle in our price range. They seemed to genuinely care about providing a quality car. They gave us car fax without being asked and when I had questions about what we were seeing in the report they contacted the previous owner with me to get answers and provide reassurance. Sales Consultant Sondra, General Manager Richard and Finance Manger Rick were all extremely pleasant. I feel they went above and beyond for my daughter which was very much appreciated. Well worth the 2 hour drive !

I had an amazing experience with Sondra! The day I came in was when my car engine started to make some noise. I explained to Sondra my situation and she made sure all my needs and even some wants (she didn’t know about) were met! I left from Jack VW extremely excited and pleased with the service received! I told Sondra about some awful experiences I had received from other dealerships that even caused me to shed some tears… I highly recommend Jack as they strive to go above and beyond your expectations, as the way it should be! We had a great experience buying are vw atlas. The sails man Joe spent the time to find us the best deal and got us a really good extended warranty. Every thing went smoothly. They did not try and talk us into anything extra. Thanks so much
