Brian and Corey were amazing ! I traveled from raleigh NC to purchase my 2021 Honda accord touring and I love her ! They sent Anthony over to the airport and he grabbed us in a very nice Lincoln and got us safely to the dealership he held great conversation and made me feel comfortable and welcome. Upon entry I was greeted by Brian and Corey who both helped me with my car buying experience, they were very kind and even ordered lunch for us since we’d had quite the journey back home. They got my payments right where I wanted them and truly were amazing. Thank you Corey and Brian and auto savvy family I appreciate you all Edit: I wish i didn’t have to make this edit but I do. The experience after buying the vehicle has been terrible. They did not take my down payment because of whatever issues they were having to which I was understanding. But I was then called and spoken to rudely and blamed for my down payment not being paid when in fact they never took it. I still haven’t received my license plate because they did not have me sign all paperwork they never told me how to pay my car payment or who to so my first payment was late. They don’t communicate and are not organized at all. This whole experience after fact has been very frustrating and If id know that I wouldn’t have went with them. Also I didn’t realize this upon picking up my car but the front silver part is broken and when I did get the vehicle they did not fuel the car up. This place is a mess.
