Kevin Kane, the salesperson who responded to my first inquiries and subsequently helped me with the sale, was extremely responsive and helpful in all aspects of the transaction. I felt informed and helped throughout the entire process, which required a LOT of communication due to being out of state, financing, etc. Kevin could teach sales people and dealerships in my region a lot about customer service. The dealership helped me coordinate shipping across the country and made the whole experience very enjoyable. I love the truck and am very happy with the purchase.
