I am beyond happy with my purchase. I recently purchased a used 2021 F150 from Jones Ford, and I couldn’t be happier with the entire sales process. I chose to fly from OH all the way to Phoenix to buy this truck sight unseen, so I was really trusting Jones to be honest about the condition of the truck. My salesman, Kevin, was great to work with, helpful, and represented the condition of the truck 100% accurately. He had a car pick me up from the airport to take me to the dealership, the truck was fully detailed and looking great, and the paperwork process was quick. This experience with Jones was so good that I will buy my future cars/trucks from them despite the long distance from me.

Frank pick my daughter and me up from the airport. It was great for the dealer to provide this service; and Frank was super nice and friendly. Really the best part of the transaction. However, The rear window leaks. Wish it would have been addressed before I purchased, as I can’t see how it wasn’t a known issue by the dealer when washing the vehicle. It’s costing me $1,044 to replace.
