I recently took my car for its first 5K-mile maintenance service. Although I did not purchase my car at Cerritos Nissan, I went there instead because of my husband’s positive experience when he had a Nissan for many years, and the excellent customer service he always received from service advisor Mr. Tony Fears. I made sure my appointment was with him. He was friendly, patient and respectful as well as answering all my questions. I appreciate how he handled my car. Upon arrival we were greeted by kindest person ever, Natalia. She was there every step of the way making sure we were comfortable and satisfied. As for the salesperson he was on top of it. Daniel was able to get us to a price we were happy with. Overall, I was very satisfied with every aspect of getting a new car.
