I love the new Toyota of Montgomery and its new management. I was in town this week bringing grandchildren home from Spring break and had some extra time on my hands, so I cruised through the Toyota/Lexus car lot. There I was met by an extremely nice young man Felix who graciously offered to help me and as fate would have it - I traded my 2022 Highlander for a 2024 4Runner. With the wonderful help from Felix, Jorge and Tyler, I was able to get a top $ trade for my Highlander and was able to purchase my dream car. Felix was extremely knowledgeable about the car and he and Jorge made sure I was comfortable with each step of the process. Tyler is an expert in the finance department and walked me through each step. My was husband was in NC and I was making this world wind purchase on my own, but I know he will absolutely love this 4Runner as much as I do. Thank you gentlemen for all your help. today I bought my first big purchase! A 2020 Hyundai Palisade. I would just like to say how great Mr Todd Sparks was! He was so caring and kind to My Family and Me! Granted I had my 2 year old triplets with me he made the process as smooth as it could be and I couldn’t thank him more for helping us!
