When I called on 4/26, Emily Ako answered the phone and she was so friendly and have a lovely calming voice. I made an appointment that day and Ajay the salesman was friendly, funny and helpful. He helped us get my dream car which is the Hyundai Santa Cruz. “Thank you Ajay”. My visit on that day was a good experienced. All the staff was so helpful. Cliff the manager gave us all the discount that we could get. I’m so appreciative what He had done for me. “Thank you Mr. Cliff”. I would surely recommend anyone to visit this store because of my good experienced. At the end of the sale, Ajay was kind enough to show me all the functions of the car. He also followed up if any questions arise that I would contact him. Once again Thank You All for the Support and Help.

I got to my appointment 30 minutes early and Jerry V’s took me in early which was nice. I was able to leave early ahead of the afternoon traffic and avoided the usual bumper to bumper traffic. My point of contact was very polite. She spoke to my wife via my cellphone and answered all questions my wife asked. The fact that it was my wife’s car that was being serviced made it all the more important. If you’re in the market for a new car or even a late model slightly used car, I strongly recommend seeing Jerry V’s. No, wait. I take that back. I VERY strongly recommend seeing Jerry V’s !!!
