This location has a great team, I would give a 10/10 customer service. Wherever you go, businesses will run your credit but this dealership factor other things such as employment history etc. and not just the "score". They did the extra mile making sure you got the best rate (considering the inflation). I also like the fact that everyone is not pushy. They present all options on the table. The clarity and transparency make them more reliable and trustworthy salespeople compare to other salespeople I had dealt with in the past. Mr. Karim and Harvey, thank you very much for your patience and assistance, you guys have no idea how happy we were getting out the dealership.
