2023 Dodge Charger SXT

Beautiful new showroom. I love the individual attention and ‘small town’ feel of the Brenham area. Have my salesman was young and energetic. The car buying process was about as efficient as I have experienced.

When purchasing my 2023 Tucson, I had a great experience with the Hyundai of Brenham Sales Team!! ?????????? Unfortunately, I feel that Apple Service Department dropped the ball on repairs for the horn that didn’t work. Took it in & Stephanie said they’d order the part. After multiple weeks of not hearing from them & almost being hit a few times with no way to use my horn, I called them. Low & behold “1” of the parts had arrived so they had me come right in. While that went great, it was approximately 2- 2 1/2 months later before they called me to say the "2nd" part of the horn arrived. At this point, I'm so unhappy that I have no desire to take it to them for repairs. As I said to Stephanie, I would never have bought from them had I known it would take so long to repair something as simple as a horn. Update: Jake & Stephanie got the horn repair handled. The new Hyundai repair shop is top notch!

My husband and I found the most wonderful Hyundai team to work with after deciding on buying a Santa Fe. From the initial visit and looking at a few cars with Seth. We returned a week later to drive a car they had on the lot - a Santa Fe Caligraphy. It drives like a dream - a totally awesome car! So we bought it ! It couldn’t have been any easier or a more pleasant way to buy a car. Jeremy the manager was just so laid back and personable. Trading our car was super easy too. Numbers were agreed on and then Jake gave us a tutorial on the car. Thank goodness ! We are not spring chickens and our new car is full of little wondrous safety and comfort features. And there’s even an App for your car. He’s got patience galore. Even finance was a breeze with Zack. This was easily the best car buying experience we have ever had. We highly recommend them all.
