This was the easiest car purchase I've ever made. Michele, Vanessa, Ruben, and the rest of the staff are so nice and it seemed like I had known them personally for years. We purchased a mini-van from them and had no issues with paying it off well before the lease ended. Even though the van is used, the mileage was still low and overall was in such great condition. I paid the van off almost a year ago and Vanessa still calls every now and then to check up on us/the van. That is absolutely UNHEARD of! Amazing customer service all the way around and I will continue to purchase cars from Dura Motors as well as refer all of my friends!!
Michel has been my mechanic for 7 years now and I have seen how much his business has grown over these past years. He is a very honest man that repairs only what's necessary to be fixed in my vehicle and who always looks for competitive pieces prices. He has a very good reputation in selling cars as well and I have personally recommend his company to my closest friends, who have been incredibly satisfied by the car options Dura Motors has, its prices and the flexible payment plans they offer. And of course all of them end up choosing him as their mechanic too! !! I have even seen him offering money back for a sold car if the client was not happy with the vehicle on the first month! Dura Motors is not as all the regular car companies that are just about making money, it is a family business interested in creating long term relationships based on trust and the client's satisfaction.
