My husband and I were referred to Coliseum Lexus of Oakland via a Costco Auto Program referral. Billy contacted us right away to see what I was interested in seeing and set up an appointment for that day. I was able to test drive the model of Lexus I was interested in and Billy was very charismatic, knowledgeable, and pleasant to work with. I was just in the “research” phase of my car shopping but ended up taking a car home that day! The experience was easy and painless! I would highly recommend working with Billy and through this dealership!
My husband and I had the pleasure of purchasing a beautiful NX450h+ F Sport from this dealership. We have gone to other Lexus dealerships in the Bay Area, but none come close to this one. People here are actually warm, personable, and kind, and Tom Tang stands out as being one of the best!! Purchasing a car is such a big expense, and you want a fair deal - we got that and more here.
