2021 Dodge Charger R/T

I called about a Wrangler they had in a discontinued color. I was put in touch with Lonnie and he handled everything from there! Got all the financials possible done through text the day before we came down to purchase the Jeep. We showed up and drove it for a bit, did the paperwork with the sales manager which took JUST A FEW minutes, and then Hillary showed my wife the ins and out of her new baby. We were in and out in about an hour. COULD NOT have been a better experience! This dealership is definitely top tier when it comes to taking care of their customers. Even though it was a bit of a drive from our house down in Greenwood, I would DEFINITELY buy another vehicle from them again. Thanks for everything!

Had my vehicle's transmission repaired here through a Carsheild policy. This being my first claim, I was ignorant of the difficulty both myself and the repair facility would have in dealing with Carsheild. The service writer and mechanics did a great job, even after having to deal with a faulty transmission initially sent by Carsheild, then having to initiate the process of receiving a working transmission all over again. Would have given 5 stars if communication and updates on the process were better. I felt as though I had to be an irritating A-hole customer to get information.
