2017 Dodge Charger R/T

My 15 year old daughter and I were here to look at the 2009 Toyota Camry for its purpose of being her first car. We showed up 30 minutes before closing time and met Pa, the owner. From the beginning of him showing us the car, informing us the brakes needed to be fixed and promising he’ll get them and the rotors replaced prior to finalizing the sale, to us still being able to take it for a test drive, meant I was sold on this little dealership from the beginning. He was so friendly, personable, and honest to work with. We’ve got 4 other children that’ll need cars in the future and I’ll make sure we come back to Bright Star Motors. 100% recommend this place!

Great dealership of pre-owned vehicles. Very friendly and personable staff with zero pressure sales. Cars we saw appeared to be professionally detailed and were in excellent condition at competitive prices. Very knowledgeable crew including current EV tax incentives, both on the state and federal level. They even took the initiative to expedite our Tesla app access by transferring ownership before we even got back home (this would have taken 3-5 days if we had to do it on our own by sending proof of ownership to Tesla). Great buying experience, highly recommend and we will look to buy from them again in the future next time we’re in the market!

I actually ended up at this dealership by mistake, but I SURE am glad I did! I was in the market for a first car for my 16 year old son. I was approached by the owner, Pa. I didn’t know he was the owner at the time but I told him I was just browsing around. I asked the price of a few cars and he was very informative and honest about details involving each car I showed interest in. I explained to Pa that my price range was on the lower end because it’s a first car for my new driver. Pa didn’t skip a beat and began to show me options geared towards what I was looking for. I occupied a lot of Pa’s time, as I was nervous about purchasing a used car, not knowing what I was going to get. I can’t speak highly enough about the honesty, professionalism and the patience that Pa showed me. When I found out that he was the owner, I felt bad for the amount of time I took from him, knowing he is very busy! While on the test drive, Pa actually pointed out a sound the car was making that I didn’t even notice. I took the car home for my son’s birthday and he allowed me to bring it back after the celebration in order to address the noise. Pa is a man of his word. He even gave my son a VERY nice birthday gift, which made my son SO happy! I wish I had more cars to buy so I could go back to this dealership! Highly recommend!
