I corresponded back and forth with Raymond who was much more responsive than other closer located Hyundai dealers hence driving down from Mountain View area to Gilroy to get my Ionic 6 instead of using one of the many other dealers. The team worked with me to get a good deal and I left same day with a car that worked for me (Ionic6). In general I hate the dealership processes and wish they were more streamlined but if you're trying to get any EV other than Tesla you'll end up working with a dealership. In looking for my next car I reached out to over a dozen dealers on different cars, and ended up here because I got the best deal and the most straightforward buying process. Block out an afternoon and do the same if you're also looking for a Hyundai. It was raining when I picked up my car so they also offered me a detailing that I can come back for when the weather is better so I can enjoy the new car shine once the weather is clear. Nice touch and service to be able to offer. Much better than the approach of the GM dealer I got my previous Bolt from.

What a great experience at Hyundai of Gilroy! Oscar was an accessible and easily approachable sales person, Chad the Sales Manager, and Thomas in Finance. They all answered questions and made the test drive to purchase experience easy and understandable. Worth the drive over to have an excellent shopping experience.
