Fantastic people at Oak Lawn! Initially worked with Steve. He gave what I felt was a very fair trade value on my trade and a fair value on my purchase. We were traveling quite a distance from out of state, so he really took the time to make sure everything was in order when we arrived. We closed the deal with Lucy. She was waiting for us when we arrived. We did a quick test drive and looked over the vehicle. She was able to answer any and all of our questions. When we officially decided to buy, we went to the financing group for about 15 minutes to sign a few papers. Then we were on our way home! Overall, very easy and smooth vehicle buying process! Highly recommend!
Bob Spee is always an amazing and trusted person to deal with when car shopping. I love my new Corolla Hybrid. The only small irritant is all the texts and emails I have received even before the sale was complete. I realize Oak Lawn Toyota wants us to be well satisfied and served but ...a bit too much!
