I had a great experience at Hendrick 's Charlotte NC. I was looking for a Honda HRV. Raj was able to order the exact car i wanted. The car came in i asked if i could come in earlier then was scheduled. They accommodated me and Johnny was able to make the delivery happen when i was available. I bought my first brand-new car at Hendrick’s. My salesman, Andrew Nguyen, was extremely helpful and made the process a breeze. Andrew is very personable, and truly seemed to have my best interests in mind. I would buy with him again without hesitation in the future. I had scheduled a test drive for 5:30 PM on a weekday. I did not initially intend on buying that same day, but I ended up falling in love with the 2024 Honda HR-V EX-L the moment that I test drove it. Andrew Nguyen and Brad Thompson worked with me until around 9:30 PM on Valentine’s Day to ensure that I could drive home in my new ride. I offered to return the next day so that they could go home for the night, but they knew that I was stuck in a rental car that I hated and they graciously offered to stay late and finalize my purchase. The next day after my purchase, I returned to the dealership to have the car exterior detailed and I noticed that Andrew was literally running around the car lot trying to assist other customers. He is the embodiment of a hard worker. Andrew and Brad truly went the extra mile to provide me with an excellent buying experience and I would gladly return to Hendrick’s in the future!
