After calling to report the issue, research began and when I received a call due to my rating, I shared the issue and within 2 hours it was resolved. I went in to get my 2018 gmc Yukon xl diagnosed for a ticking sound before my warranty expires. They were all so kind and nice. At first they didn’t hear anything so Ryan said he wanted to keep it over night and start it in the morning. That is when they heard the ticking sound we have been hearing. Thankfully it wasn’t the lifters. They are professional and very friendly there in the service department. Thanks for a positive experience!!
