2023 Dodge Charger R/T

Efficient, and friendly, service. However, the salesman who sold me the van, must have fallen off the earth.... Because once I drove the van of the lot, he stopped answering my questions that I emailed him, pertaining to getting my hitch installed. I've since forgotten his name, but he still works there, and has for several decades. I would like to think that this reflects only on me...I don't honestly think it was personally directed at me. I suspect it wasn't the first time he has done this. But, let's assume I made some huge faux pa. It's still unprofessional to stop replying to my emails. He could have at least had someone else reply to my questions. It was demeaning, insulting, and embarrassing, so it's taken me 10 months to say anything. I knew the exact vehicle, and color, I wanted and they had one on the lot. The Service Department, however, has always been professional, and friendly. Hence, I continue to give the Service Department my business. However, I do not recommend giving me business to the salesman I had. Although I don't remember his name, he's been there for decades, and his office is in the back corner. I would like to think that this review would have some sort of positive impact on his attitude towards future clients, and if he even hears about my review he doesn't just toss it aside as of no consequence to his decades of experience. These guys are awesome, they take care of you like family. I came in with high expectations and a little budget but they got it done for me and helped me work out all the kinks dealing with other aspects of the car buying experience. 100% recommended them to anyone!
