2015 Dodge Charger R/T Scat Pack

Hometown Auto was one of the best decisions I’ve ever made when buying a car! At the time my older worn out Chevy Cavalier randomly just stopped turning over one night. I literally drove the car into my driveway later on the same day went to leave to go get groceries and nothing wouldn’t start. In the morning that next day I had talked to an employee about the vehicles they had in stock and they recommended The Mazda3 for the car that would be more affordable and suitable for my family. I remember walking home from work that day I believe it was around 430 maybe 4 it was close to the banks being closed for the day. I wanted and needed that Mazda for my family like asap. I literally called on my walk home from work and explained the whole situation to them I had no money to put for a down payment, I randomly asked if they could possibly takes car for the down payment, and absolutely they sure did. I had the cavalier towed to Hometown Auto and that’s what they took for my down payment. I got a ride to go sign paperwork and hopefully driving out with the Mazda. Sure enough I swear it was under 10 hours including working in those hours that I took care of the headache cavalier and Hometown auto had me driving out of their parking lot with a beautiful Gun Metal Blue Mazda3! Hands down the best experience I’ve ever had at a dealership! I would recommend ten times over! Thank you HOMETOWN AUTO!!

Awesome group of people, had a leveling kit installed, alignment, and new tires mounted. Great price, Great communication!! Update got another vehicle through these awesome people. Worked really hard to get us out of a nightmare truck and into a really nice Ram. Wouldn't go anywhere else for sales or service!

Honest, local, helpful, friendly and fantastic people all the way around!! Short version of coming to do business with these amazing people: son totaled my Yukon. Anyone else ever have to shop for a car unexpectedly? Quite trying when you have no clue what you want. Hometown had a vehicle on the lot when I narrowed down the search. 3 months after my purchase, son totaled that one too! Can’t make this up. They had same style car but already knew me well enough to know I wouldn’t want it. You’d think they’d push me towards something but not at all. I found the vehicle of my dreams on their lot same day mine was totaled out. They would have searched for me, really. Service department INCREDIBLE! I never feel taken advantage of or treated like someone who is clueless. Prices great, people great, switched from previous garage to these guys only. Give these guys a try, you won’t regret it. Oh and I’m writing this review after 9 months of doing business with them.
