2017 Dodge Charger R/T Scat Pack

We bought our 2022 Lincoln Corsair Hybrid in November 2022 from Bob Boyd Lincoln. The car is great! We are now averaging 95 MPG! I was even more pleased when recently I received a call from Bob Boyd that our Corsair was due an oil change. Nice reminder! The rep (Abe) mentioned something about remote service and I thought they were going to stop by and pick up the car to perform the service at the dealership as we had discussed as an option when we bought the car. I was surprised when a technician arrived at our house precisely AT THE TIME that had been arranged with a VERY HIGH TECH SERVICE vehicle! The tech was literally driving a mobile service center! He had all the tools to perform a complete oil change and filter, PLUS we had a recall notice that he also performed. IN ADDITION (!) he rotated the tires AND put on new windshield wipers! HE WAS GREAT! I appreciate great customer service and Bob Boyd and team delivered that, PLUS they WELL exceeded our expectations! THANK YOU!

Service department is top tier. They have a massive, modern shop that can even get my 10’ high roof ford transit on the lift, and their techs do a thorough job investigating and documenting the steps taken during service. Rob the service manager and everyone else I’ve spoken to have been incredibly accommodating and communicative. I have full trust in their service department and consider them to be a tier above the other dealership service departments I’ve had experience with. I feel lucky to have found them, and you will too!

I made an initial contact with this dealership via an email request asking for more information on a Corsair shown on their website. Very professionally handled from the initial email communications to the final deals leading to the purchase and delivery. Very friendly people from the sales associate to the General Manager. The dealership is very well stocked with good Lincoln vehicles and seems well organized. Certainly, I will come back to this dealership for services and next purchases.
