First of all let me say I had a fantastic experience from start to finish at Fitzgerald Toyota Gaithersburg. I feel like I had some Divine intervention that led me there. I checked reviews of other local dealers for guidance and saw a stellar review for David Dean. I decided right then that David was my guy to buy a car from. I went in person and he was selling a car to someone else and I said I’ll wait. When I met him he was warm and kind and very knowledgeable and helpful. I felt very comfortable with him and we had a good time. We found a car that was perfect for me - a Corolla Hatchback. I love it. The buying process was great with no hassles. David gave me all the info I needed and I bought the car. During the process he introduced me to Kevin Flynn the Sales Manager. He is a great person as well with a good heart and offered valuable guidance. All went smoothly including the lovely lady in finance who couldn’t have been nicer or more helpful.
