2012 Dodge Charger SXT

I can’t overstate what a great experience I had at Dream Auto. I’d been dealing with ongoing brake issues for a while, and it felt like no one was actually listening. When I brought my car here, they fit me in the same day, got me in by 5 PM, and I had my car back by around 8:30. From the moment I arrived, the team actually listened. They came out while I explained the full history, walked me around each tire, showed me exactly what was happening, and answered all my questions without brushing me off. I got a clear estimate upfront, and it was about half of what another shop had quoted. An hour later, they called to let me know the were going to try bleeding the brake lines and discovered they were completely dry ("if we try to flush these, they're gonna crack right in half"). Replacing them fixed the real problem that no one else had bothered to find. When I picked the car up, they also mentioned they’d changed my oil, that it was much needed. It was such a relief to finally feel listened to and to have my car actually fixed. I’ll absolutely be coming back here and recommending Dream Auto to anyone I know.
