John went over what the computer reported with me, giving me options and prices for repair. He was very professional and I will definitely return with my vehicles.
I had to bring 4 Titans (as I am part of a fleet company) into McKinnon Nissan for battery issues. I first contacted John Shields (Service Manager) to let him know I will be transporting in 4 Titans. John was upfront regarding timing of how long it may take to have these vehicles looked at. He was always pleasant to speak with and made the time to speak with me when I had questions. It was a joy working with him. I wish more people were like him.
