Quickest, easiest car buying experience in my entire life. I spent less than 20 minutes in the dealership. Seems like I met everyone at the dealership in a very short time, they all just wanted to know if I was having a pleasant experience and offering any assistance. The GM, Ted Teague even came out to visit with me and make sure I was satisfied. I knew the vehicle I wanted going in, and Allen Samuels did everything they could to make sure I was not inconvenienced by any of the process. While I was working l, they even picked up my trade, appraised it, ran the financing and I did everything else from the comfort of my office. No stress, no haggling necessary. I had a number I wanted to pay, and they met it. Starr was my sales representative and she was true to her namesake, she was a STAR!
