BEST CAR BUYING EXPERIENCE EVER!! From the moment I pulled in I received a smile and great customer service at every turn! They didn’t just meet my expectations, they exceeded them! Joel, Steve, CeCe, Ashanti and KR were the dream team for me! My salesman was Joel and he actually listened and was patient and walked me through every step of the process, answering every question and making it all special. He even called after the sale to make sure I was home safe and didn't have any other questions! Steve was the finance manager was very nice, and fair even in negotiations. He never made me feel pressured. Cece and Ashanti were not only beautiful inside and out but they were very knowledgeable and friendly and made me feel super comfortable! I did not get to sit down with KR but she definitely helped out too!!! All of the Cadillac team was awesome though and 5 stars is not enough! After the sale, They all came out to congratulate me and take pics and make me feel special and proud to buy there! I cannot recommend them enough!!!!!

JR did a great job helping me get my vehicle in and repaired quickly. The mechanic John Truby was fantastic and I appreciate his hard work. The service manager Jim Logston runs a great shop and I will only use Fields Cadillac in the future.
