    All around customer service has been exceptional especially Service Consultant (Casey Root) who has been working hard to find the cause of my engine light on dash to be on. Not guessing & installing a sensor that might be the problem, instead, having me back 3 times without charging me extra to put an end to the issue. He always calls back in a timely fashion and explains all that was & is being done. If I need to buy a car, will definitely buy from Nissan St. Augustine due to their excellent Service Dept.

    I came to this location due to extremely poor service I received from the Jacksonville Nissan service location. I had a diagnostic appointment for 8am. I was seen on time and had my service completed within an hour and a half. Overall the service I received from this location’s service department was immensely better than my prior experience in Jacksonville. There was a discrepancy with the quote I received over the phone and what was being charged at the time of checkout. I expressed my frustration with the service advisor. He was able to get the manager involved and they agreed to price what I was quoted over the phone. I appreciate when employees do their best to actively listen to customers’ concerns and frustrations and make an attempt to come to a conclusion that suits both parties. Based on my experience there today, I would be willing to drive the additional 40min to get servicing done here again in the future.

    Roger was amazing , we hit it off well I felt like I was chatting with an uncle or just family friend . He’s new but has great hospitality which is huge to me and you can tell he really wants to do good at his job. The guy in financing hooked me up !! I was not expecting everything I got with my 2023 Nissan Rogue let alone a new car I was looking at a used one when I walked in but for $60 more a month I got a brand new one ! I look forward to working with them in the future . I actually went to Kia first and they had tried to give me a payment $300 higher !! Thanks Nissan y’all are amazing ????
