2014 Dodge Challenger SXT Plus

Always great service at Safford Jeep. Anthony was our sales guy for several purhcases and he's honestly the best we've ever dealt with. He's geniune and works hard to get the best deal while be candid about what the dealership is will to do. He's not penalized us for going elsewhere and took great care of us before, during, and after the sale. We continue to service our Jeeps and the staff is always friendly and communicates well.

Truck was serviced for factory safety recall. Scheduled appointment over the phone within 1 week wait time. Good communication, since they've been sending me reminders every day. Dropped the truck in the morning. Both airbags got replaced within 4 hours. Joe handled the service part and was very professional and polite. Overall, pleasant experience. Didn't charge me a penny.

Absolutely amazing from start to finish. Skyla was knowledgeable, fantastic to deal with and kept things professional and focused while being warm, friendly, empathetic and emanated an upbeat inspiring vibe! Much thanks to everyone at Safford including Troy, who saw this through from start to finish and treated me like family!! Also hope Julie’s knee is healing well!! Loving the car and really appreciated the way everything has been handled. Everyone at Safford Fredericksburg are grade A folk imo. Will definitely return for future business. -Ben
