This is our second purchase in the last 4 years. Both times KC was our salesman and we couldn’t be more pleased with the help and attention he gave us. We arrived an hour before closing from Mississippi and he and Don Miller never made us feel they were in a hurry to leave . So happy with KC and Don and their professionalism. I went in and purchased a 2022 ram 3500 truck. Had a great experience, the sales staff were friendly and quite helpful. Took possession of the truck a they later the batteries were no good. Went back to the dealership. They gave me a brand new set of batteries to put in the truck. Always good with batteries. Made a 400 mile trip and the exhaust filter was full went into safe mode had to take it to the dealership where I was located. Made a call to Billy Ray they pay for it all. I recommend if you wanna purchase your next truck do it at this dealership. They will step up and make everything right even if you have a problem after getting down the road.
