2013 Dodge Challenger SXT

Found the vehicle listed online and sent an inquiry about the availability and the response was very prompt, most likely an automated thing but nice none the less. What I immediately appreciated was that I didn’t have to list my phone number and email to inquire, only one method was needed. This alone was absolutely amazing as it is almost impossible to get information from car salespeople without giving them every piece of information about you and then having them incessantly annoy you with phone calls. The morning of the visit I hopped online to schedule a test drive, which again was super easy and buyer friendly, and the response was pretty quick and we were off. When we arrived, I must admit that the parking left something to be desired and felt really cramped. Luckily we found and empty stall slipped in and there was no issue. In the office we met Sandra, who was extremely nice and helpful and got the vehicle we were there to look at immediately. We had done a good bit of research before we arrived, and we’re aided by Velocity’s inclusion of CarFax, which is always a plus. Inspecting the vehicle we found an issue but she assured us that it could be remedied ASAP, they even had their mobile tech drive out as well as the gentleman in the office with Sandra (I regrettably did not get his name because he was extremely nice and helpful as well) and take a look while we were there, they ordered the part and we will make an appointment as soon as it’s available. Test drive was easy going, no strict time limit or ride along and no hassle whatsoever. While discussing price, there were no games, no backhanded tactics that you can encounter while purchasing vehicles. I simply asked for her bottom line and she showed me what she could do, which was better than the already great deal offered on the vehicle to begin with. We were extremely pleased with the entire encounter from the beginning all the way through. I forgot my checkbook and Sandra offered to work it out to come in on her day off if we needed to pick up the car, but we got it worked out and were out of there same day. They do offer financing, she noted that they currently have 4 companies that can work with a wide range of credit. Thank you guys for an awesome car buying experience and for making it so easy to get the info I wanted with none of the extra hassle. I would happily buy from you again and recommend anyone checking them out.
