We were looking for specific 2020 Impala model. One was found that we liked and for a small fee they were able to bring it over to this side of Florida. Less money I would of spent on fuel and lost a day. We test drove it and decided to purchase the car. The local team cleaned it up, fueled it, and completed all the paperwork including tags. It was one of the Enterprise Certified Models which had a lot of maintance already done to it. Was one of the best car buying experiences I ever had. Thanks again to Kevin Smith and his team.

I started looking online last weekend for a replacement/upgrade for my 2012 Chrysler 200. After looking on the Enterprise website on Sunday Kevin called me on Monday. We talked briefly so he could get an idea of what I was looking for. I was in the need of a good quality SUV for both personal and business use. Kevin called me back on Tuesday with several vehicles in mind. We got on the website and narrowed it down to a couple of vehicles. We made an appointment to meet on Thursday around 10am. When I arrived and walked in I was immediately greeted with a genuine, friendly greeting by another a finance gentleman named Jason. I told him I was looking for Kevin. Kevin came out and was extremely friendly and professional. He said that he had a 2020 Nissan Pathfinder that he thought would fit my needs and budget. After thoroughly looking the vehicle over inside and out he asked me if I wanted to take it for a ride. I explained that I liked the looks, but didn't want to drive it until we looked into the trade value and financing a little. I didn't want to get overly excited just to be shot down. Kevin brought Shane over for the evaluation of my car and to start crunching numbers. Kevin and I talked about a lot of different things, even the fact that we had both vacationed in Aruba this year. After evaluating my car the 2 of us stated discussing. Shane and Kevin worked with me all the way through the process, went above and beyond what a normal sales person would do and we got the deal done about 4:30pm. There was also a gentleman that worked there named Armando that was extremely friendly. During the entire process all 3 guys treated me like a friend or even a family member. They were never pushy like your typical car sales person. They always made sure that I felt confident and comfortable. I went to Enterprise because back in 2017 I helped my son get his 1st new car from an Enterprise Sales in Mobile, AL. & had the same kind of experience only not to the same level. I would HIGHLY recommend that if you need a new car that you go by this Enterprise dealership. You will NOT regret it. Finally, I want to thanks Kevin, Shane, and Armando for everything they did. I will definitely bring going back there again.
