2013 Dodge Challenger SXT

Let me just tell you that this was an amazing experience. These people are like family! From the communication that I got on Facebook to calling the owner directly, the working with his entire family, the cars that were originally went for, I didn't wind up getting, and then Kenneth Branch, the owner (who by the way is one of the most personable people) came outside and said hey let's try these other options, and just started going through options that I didn't even know existed, and let me just tell you how it turned out... * I went in thinking I was going to have to buy much cheaper car and honestly did not have the highest hopes.... * I'm sitting in my living room, with the brand new keys in my hand..... * I bought a 2019 Jeep Cherokee can I walk past because I didn't think that even remotely could qualify for it because, I was looking at much cheaper cars much cheaper options thinking I didn't have too many and didn't have high hopes and here I sit with the car keys! * The owner, his son, the receptionist, the mechanic, and his team all got together, and when push came to shove they walked outside and said, we got you covered let's go! I got what I thought was the best car on the lot I'm super excited about it. If you haven't had the opportunity to work with them, they're more like family, they're not trying to sell you something. when you don't think that you've got any options, you really do. So instead of you just thinking like I did, oops there are no options, let the people who do this for a living tell you what your options are because I got into something I didn't think I was going to, I was helped by people that were more like family than they were salespeople, and when push comes to shove man, it was one of the best experiences I've ever think I've ever had. MASSIVE MASSIVE THANK YOU to Pell City Auto Plus You got me on the road, for about $200 a month less than what I thought I was going to be paying for a cheaper car and I walked out with what I thought was the best option on the lot for me, for $200 cheaper than what I thought I was going to have to buy something less than four. I don't know how they do it, I don't need to know, all I know is that they got your back and then they'll work behind the scenes and don't think that you know when you walk in, because I thought I was going for what I was doing and what I would be getting and I walked out with something better bigger stronger and cheaper please understand that they're in the business of selling cars. They're not in the business of you walking away empty-handed still walking down the road, they're in the business of helping you get in a vehicle because the only way they get paid is if you get a vehicle But kenneth, the owner, he would rather not make the sale then he would screw you over. What a fantastic experience! I'm gratefull for all those involved in helping me get into this vehicle! Thanks PCAP Family! You guys Rock!

Auto Plus sold me the best used car I've ever owned.Carson is a kind young man and saw to it that they worked with me on down-payment and affordable monthly payments that I could afford seeing that I am on social security disability. Our experience with PCAP was fantastic. When we came we walked in and asked questions about viewing vehicles and were directed to Derek the salesman. He was so patient and friendly making us laugh but also ensuring that my husband and I would choose what we wanted with no pressure. We told him our preferences and that is what he stuck to not like other places where they try to upsell you. He allowed us to test drive whichever vehicles we wanted and was honest about what was going on with every single one (as we know the vehicles are not new). They gave us a huge discount on prices that were already good which we were so grateful for and when it was time to fill out the paperwork to purchase, Derek guided us along the way. I recommend cash for purchase as it makes the process easier. Carson was also very helpful in the process and the ladies in the office are friendly. We truly appreciate you all.
