Huge shout out to Allen at Shelbyville Chrysler! I showed up an hour & half before closed, completely upset because right before I got there, my car decided it was going to be DNR. He helped me navigate through everything even when I was upset. I loved my old car and had no plans to buy a new one anytime soon. This was also my first time ever buying from a car dealership, so I was also nervous about that. Allen was extremely helpful and kind. We even ended up being there a little after close, and he never made me feel like I was an inconvenience by being there. If I ever have to buy another car, I will be seeking Allen for help! The rest of the staff I spoke to were extremely friendly. After I decided on the Jeep Renegade, I met with one of the finance guys Nate (not sure if there are more than one, but I personally dealt with him) he also was extremely helpful and why doing paperwork he was able to figure a way to save me a little bit of extra money. I'm definitely grateful the universe sent me their way!
