I recently bought an Elantra N as an out of state buyer. The dealership made the process as easy as possible, with great communication from the start. I would like to personally thank a few employees. Sora, the sales manager who helped me throughout the process over the phone. Everything was set up nicely and ready to go as soon as I arrived to the dealership. Once I arrived, Memo, a salesperson helped me through the rest of the process. He made me feel welcomed, excited, and happy to drive off in my new car. All of my concerns or questions were answered, and I felt that transparency was there throughout the entire process. My car buying experience with Nicholas Rausch was by far the best I’ve had. This is my fourth car purchase and I must honestly say, it hasn’t been any better than this. He is extremely professional, personable and kind. He listens and he’s not too pushy. Most dealers treat you like a dollar sign, Nick treats you like a friend. He’s patient, kind, and takes the time to delineate everything, thoroughly answering your questions. He also responds promptly. He’s knowledgeable about what he does and leaves you feeling like you made the right choice. I made my purchase from out of state and was very nervous about making such a huge purchase from 1,500 miles away. He made the process smooth, swift and effective. We absolutely had the best experience!! George (our amazing sales guy) was a pleasure to work with and went over the top to ensure we got the red carpet experience. There were no hassles and he and Garrett (sales manager) were respectful, transparent, and accommodating. Let me add that after a couple of extremely disappointing and disrespectful experiences at KC dealerships, we took our business an hour away. Ask for George. You will have a wonderful car buying experience!!
