I have used Autosmart since 2018. I bought a Jeep Wangler in 2018 and loved it for a long time. It started having issues here and there so I would call them and schedule it to be looked at. I Purchased the warranty so everything was always covered and done in a timely manner. Bo from their service department is an awesome guy and always kept me updated and truly cared about the work. We traded that same Jeep in to them in June of 2022 for a 2018 GMC Yukon. We love this vehicle (especially my wife). The process was smooth as silk. Once again, we purchased the extended warranty. This gave us peace of mind because we had a good experience with it in the past. Jeff Clark and Jefferey Houk always make things simple and smooth for us. They are true professionals in my book. I will continue to do business with AutoSmart because of those two exceptional guys. There are others who helped in the process but I don’t have their names to recognize them. Oh, and the ladies there are so sweet and kind. Overall, I have had good experiences with AutoSmart and it’s team. If I need anything, I can simply call Jeff or Jeffrey, and they get it done. I will continue to do business with AutoSmart for years to come.
