2013 Dodge Challenger R/T

Found the car I’ve always wanted here with great mileage and great price!!! Every employee here is very nice,especially Jose:) I wanna especially thank him for giving me a detailed introduction to the car, pleasant test-drive experience, and thoughtful reminders for all the things I need to pay attention to. Overall, a highly-recommended place to get an ideal car????

- Short version: Had a great experience. Highly recommend Western Motors in Merced! - Long version: I have been looking to buy a car for over a year, went to numerous dealerships in different parts of CA, test drove a bunch of vehicles, and interacted with a lottttttt of salespeople. It’s pretty obvious when the person will do or say ANYTHING to get the sale, and you know they’re not actually considering what you’ll be happy with in the long run. Ruben and Nick were the opposite of that. Ruben not only answered all my questions but also provided additional information, including what he had experienced himself with different vehicles and dealerships. He didn’t try to convince me that the thing I was questioning wasn’t important. No detail was too small, even when I read the entirety of every single document before I signed. He took the time to understand what I wanted and didn’t try to get me to upgrade or push me into considering a different vehicle. Then when it came to the finance piece, Nick was up front about the options, explained each line item, and got the price down a bit. After having so many interactions with dealerships over the past year, I have no problem walking out when there is any kind of pushy or shady vibe. There are and will probably always be salespeople who conduct business with zero integrity… But Ruben and Nick are NOT those guys. They’re the good ones.

Huge thanks to Guero, he made the buying process fast and easy. Christian was able to bring the vehicle from a different lot, we were greeted very well while we waited for the car to arrive. Definitely recommend coming here for your next purchase!
