2014 Dodge Challenger R/T Plus

Me and my wife recently purchased a vehicle from cool rides and had a great experience. We were looking for a pickup truck and there were plenty to choose from. The trucks were priced very fair. It was a relaxing environment while we were at cool rides the entire time. There was no uncomfortable pressure coming from multiple salesman. We were able to deal one on one with the owner. Arrived at Cool Rides early in the morning before they were actually open, and Keith was more than happy to help us! My partner and I were looking at a used toyota tundra which we ended up purchasing. Keith was very up front and transparent about eveything involved with the purchasing process. Cool rides offers vehicles on consignment which is the main point if you're considering a vehicle in their inventory, which means you get the vehicle as is. I had a very positive experience working with Cool Rides. I was searching for an older, higher mileage vehicle. Its a risk when you purchase an older vehicle and sometimes the vehicles can have issues. So I had reasonable expectations. I had to come back several times to find what I wanted, but this was the case everywhere I looked. An older 4Runner with minimal to no rust and well cared for is hard to find. I decided if I could find what I wanted at Cool Rides I would prefer to buy there, because I felt valued and respected. I appreciate that they work hard to sell quality vehicles and take the time to get them inspected by a mechanic. They are honest about what, if any, issues are revealed in the inspection and will repair if possible. Pricing is fair. Brian and Keith were both very patient, helpful, and pleasant to work with the entire time. I would definitely do business with them again.
