Just got home with my new car and WOW! My car and the experience to get it have been awesome. I found the listing on CarGurus and called in to check on the availability. Ben answered and let me know it was available and took down our name after letting him know we were planning to come in. Ben also greeted us at the door, immediately offering to show us the vehicle and after expressing our interest, offered for us to take a test drive. I loved the car and loved how low-pressure our salesperson had been. I told him I wanted to go ahead and apply to finance. I don’t have the best credit and this was my first car buying experience so the payment was a worry, but I got it financed through one of the lenders offered through the dealership at a great price and APR! I didn’t mention the carguru price being lower as I honestly had forgotten and Ben printed the listing I had seen and let me know they’d be matching that price. I am so grateful for his honesty in making sure we got the price that brought us in! Aria helped through all of the paperwork and made sure we understood everything from the gap coverage, to the payments, and even had pamphlets for bettering your credit available at check out. Everyone was so amazing to us and made the experience truly fantastic and seamless. I've bought several vehicles from several dealerships and this was definitely the best one. You really get a more personal experience with family owned places. Ben and Artin (father and son) were the nicest guys I've worked with, absolutely no high pressure sales tactics and you just know they are good people who want to satisfy their clients.
