Kathryn's was absolutely amazing with their service. With genuine care about their customers and their vehicle clearly demonstrated, I would not recommend another dealership. First off, Christine (who handles finance and other duties) was elated to set up a loan and a finance deal for me and my girlfriend that would not only give us a low payment but would gradually increase our credit score. She tailored the offering to make sure we got the best end of the deal. Next, the staff and team that deals with actual car sales and operational features of the car were stellar. They ensured that every issue I encountered with the car was fixed in a swift and timely manner and really made me feel comfortable driving in my car. My particular situation was that I had totalled my car and was in a rental for about a week. The rental expired that week on Friday. I did not have my settlement check from my insurance yet and therefore could not afford the down payment. They offered to let me take the car on good faith and even offered to let me keep it past Friday in case my rental expired before I could pay. Overall, absolutely terrific service, knowledgeable individuals, and loving atmosphere made the car buying experience better than you can find at most big-lot car dealers. I had a great car buying experience here. I went in looking to replace a car totaled by a careless driver and initially had my mind set around a certain price point. While my options seemed limited initially, David Jr. was able to direct me to the most car for my budget. Negotiations were direct and no b.s. ,and since I paid cash, Christine made paperwork a breeze. I made an as is purchase, and despite a moderate issue manifesting early, they directed me to their house mechanic who solved the problem for a good price. Overall an excellent experience and light years beyond anyone else in OKC that I approached with my budget. Don't be fooled. Clean cars, clean titles, and good people at Kathryn's.

Got my wife and I into a 2012 Ram within a few hours. Got us approved with the banks too with our horrible credit. Super friendly and they genuinely care. Awesome people 100% recommend!
