2016 Dodge Challenger SXT

I called to schedule a routine oil change and the process was seamless. They were able to look me up just by name and knew exactly which vehicle I owned and how to best service it. They offered additional service options and let me choose just what I wanted done for my vehicle, what was covered by my warranty, and if I wanted to pay for anything extra. Once at the dealership, I was treated with respect and left to run errands. There was a number I could contact if I had any questions or requests while my car was being serviced, and I was notified via text and phone call when my car was done and ready for pickup. This was the most seamless oil change experience I have had at any dealership or independently owned auto shop. Very impressed and would highly recommend if you own a Chevy of any kind!
