2021 Dodge Challenger SXT Auto

I wanted to give a shout out to Lance our salesperson at BMW of Roanoke. My husband and I decided to order a vehicle, however, with the year switch from 2024 to 2025 it took 4-5 months. Lance stayed in contact with me throughout the process and has always been eager to help. My SUV finally arrived and they had it cleaned and out the door the same day. In addition to Lance, Brandon (Sales), Ryan (F&I), and Rick were a pleasure to deal with. This is not our first BMW and each experience has been great in sales and service.
